Emerging Leaders
Each year, Lewis Tree Service selects a group of employees who are exceling in their current role and are ready for the next level. These Emerging Leaders go through a year-long program to help them grow and provide them with opportunities to step out of their comfort zones. 

Intro to Management
At Lewis Tree Service, we believe in hiring talent and investing to develop that talent. In the field, where it’s difficult to find talent, we hire craft workers for experience, train them to meet our exacting standards and promote those who live by our shared values. Whether you are new to Lewis or new to the role, when you step into the role of a General Foreperson, you will attend a week-long training session to help you prepare and ensure you are successful in your new role.

Licenses & Certifications
Lewis Tree Service believes in hiring diverse talent and investing to develop that talent. Whether you are completley new to the industry or have experience, we are commited to your growth. If you are interested in obtaining a CDL license, herbicide certification or ISA certifcations, we will assist and support you throughout the process.
